  • Job : term that refers to a function, or similar positions occupied by one or more employees within a company. Thus, there may be a job as a manager, held by several employees within the same company.
  • Skills : includes both technical skills (hard skill) and personality skills (soft skills). Skills are therefore inherent in obtaining a job within a company and are always described on a job description for example.

What are the goals of the GPEC tools?

When a company decides to start building a GPEC, it decides to meet concrete needs, such as:

Good to know: the GPEC is mandatory every 3 years, in the companies of more than 400 employees according to article L2242-15.
